If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace it with the same item or give you a refund. you must contact us by using the Claims & Damages Form to make arrangements for any returns or refunds. All products returned, for other than product defects or shipping damages, must be returned within thirty [30] days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.
HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
We strive for delivery to be within 8 to 10 business days after the order is placed, depending on the delivery location. This includes 1 to 2 business days to process and the remaining time for the carrier to deliver it to you. The shipping estimate time is just a guideline and is not guaranteed. Sometimes it takes longer for our barn wood products. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks.We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Alabastrite is a popular form of polyresin. This is a blend of polyresin that includes ground stone. It is less expensive and lighter in weight than natural stone, yet very durable.

Polyresin is one form of resin used often in molds. When dried it is an extremely durable material.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?
We ship via UPS ground except for the few item that must be sent by freight. For those items, the carrier depends on the zone it is being shipped to.
